Horrible Graveside/Burial Condition: Backhoe ruts and mud holes. Ran over existing Headstones. A cornfield would have been better condition. All they had to do was buy Backhoe plates to prevent this but the funeral home said this cemetery is the only one in the area who refuses to buy them. Contacted about a refund and we are waiting on that outcome. I have pictures but don't see how to upload them. Very poor management and lack of communication. Can't even reach the owner from a customer stand point.
Refund We have requested a $2000 refund and an apology to my mother concerning the conditions from the onsite Manager. She said she will send an email to owner and she has already called my Mom to apologize.
