Review: Cedar Hardscaping has failed to deliver full product/services that were paid in full for (flowers); failed to provide receipt for hardscape material purchased from a supplier as agreed upon in order to ensure material is warrantied for replacement against material defects; failed to respond to report of having to have a sprinkler head replaced due to it being stripped by his company when installing paver walkway and has failed to respond to a report of water seeping into basement during periods of hard rain along the perimeter of basement wall where exterior ground was dug up by contractor to install the paver walkway. This has impacted basement carpet and cause mold to build in that area. Contractor has sent emails over the past year that he would be in contact with me regarding all the issues above except the water seepage issue and he has not. He did not respond at all when notified of the water issues detected during the spring months. Work was performed in 11/2014.Desired Settlement: furnish and install the landscape product that was paid for and identified on contract, reimbursement for replacement of sprinkler head that was stripped; contractor action to prevent water from seeping into basement and the receipt for the specified paver product purchase so it can be registered to establish the warranty.
