order and a replacement was sent outI did speak with the rep that helped her with getting replacement and consistent with notes did assist with getting product to her right awayWe did show towels in stock at the time the replacement was issued however we were not informed until after order shipped that there was an issue with inventory and that customer was shorted.I do see a refund was issued for the shorted towel as they have been discontinued and are no longer in stockWe have a very generous policy which allows customers to exchange up to a year of purchaseWe would have gladly sent customer a return label if she did not want the towels she did receive as they were not a full set as originally expectedIf she would still like to return, we will gladly sendShe can submit request to ***We acknowledge this customer should not have had to contact us this many times and should have received the correct order the first timeMistakes do happen and we always do our best to correct themWe hope she allows us to properly address
