Facebook had this 'mom & pop? shop as a suggested business on Facebook and I decided to check it out. They were selling face mask at $17 a piece which included expedited shipping. Upon checking out their website advise you that your order if placed but a particular cut off time will be filled and shipped on Wednesday. Delivery done via USPS, the owner shared on the business page if you lived in TN would take 1 day and up to 3 days max anywhere else in the US. I ordered a mask on 4/5/2020 and when paying the website stated orders would be filled and shipped out on Wednesday 4/8/2020 and from reading a post shipment would take at max 3 days (4/11/2020.) I reached out to the owner on 4/11/2020 inquiring about my order and she advised it had shipped out on 4/10/2020 and she'd provide a tracking number for the order. It's now been 5 shipping days since it was 'shipped? and have received neither the package or the tracking number. I spoke to the owner again on 4/16/2020 where the owner informed me she was dealing with 1000s of people and would give me a refund or offer me a replacement. I told her I just wanted the one mask I had ordered and paid for to be delivered. She then stated she would also send out a replacement. I then noticed her Facebook page had been updated to where reviews could no longer be left. When I asked her about this she confirmed that she had them turned off cause 'she didn't want to risk someone leaving a review over a mask.? She continuously tells me she's swamped and busy trying to get orders filled and that she's the only one working there but she's doing Facebook live videos where there's multiple people in there working. I have not received either of the two mask or a tracking number for either mask and we're now at almost 4 weeks since my order was placed.
