I registered for a combined online education program ("AMSAM and Adept") last month. I was able to successfully complete all of the AMSAM program. I was never able to access Adept portion of the program without the site asking for an additional $100 payment. I submitted online help requests through the medconcert website on 9/24 and 9/29 (and again today). I emailed support referencing online help ticket # on 9/29, 10/3, 10/12, and 10/16. I have received no response. This educational program was for preparation for a board exam that I took on 10/20. At this point, I think the most reasonable outcome would be a refund for the portion I was never able to access. In the least, I wanted Revdex.com to know of the nonresponsiveness to multiple requests

Although the site was functioning as intended, we in good faith, issued the requested $100 credit. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have received a refund, though still have never been contacted by the company in any way since my original emails were sent as they stated in their response letter.
