This is in response to your letter. I believe we have resolved the issue with *** ***. Brian talked to her & told her we would remove the labor off her bill & she said she would come pay off bill this Friday. It was noted on the invoice she may need fuel
tank before she left on her trip
We are very sorry this wasn't a good experience as we try to help out all our customers & the new ones with the best service & prices
