Review: I dropped off 10 silk ties for cleaning. When they were returned they were all deformed. I was told at this is part of the process and that is the best they will be. The ties cannot be worn at all they are completely destroyed. There was no warning given that this may happen. I am now out 10 silk ties.Desired Settlement: I would like all the ties replaced for the same ones. if that cannot be done, I would like a monetary settlement for the price of each tie as well as full reimbursement for the cost of cleaning them which was about $60.
