I have text Cecchetti 10 times. . I have all the text that I have sent him for proof. He had installed a shower for us. And there is a section that the grout is coming out and cracking. I have asked him to come out and repair it. This gas been going on since Sept.2019. He is blaming the grout factory that their product is defected. I told him if it was then all of the grout would be coming out.
