I called and the receptionist said the main guy was in a meeting and would call me backFive days later, no callI call again, she says he's unreachable and he will give me a callI informed her we already tried that, she apologized, but would have to wait for him to call meFour days later I get a call from him to set an appointmentWe decide for the next evening at 4:15pmFast forward to that day and time, he doesn't show upI waited minutes, then called him, no answerI waited another minutes then called, no answerI waited an additional minutes can called again, no answerSo this company wasted a week of my time,I have equipment coming in six daysNow it's hours later and no follow up callJust on this experience alone, how can anyone trust them to do work if they can't even pick up a phone and make their appointments? Please do not contact me and waste more of my time -Thanks
