CD One Price Cleaners-S.Holland

On Dec 4, 2019 I took my white *** 3/4 length coat to CD one Price Cleaners to be cleaned. I picked the coat up on Dec. 6 2019. On Dec. 7 I was putting the coat on and notice the lapel was frayed (damaged) on both sides. I didn’t wear the coat and returned to the cleaners on Monday Dec 10. Amed the manager said it could be fixed and had the coat cleaned again at no charge. I picked the coat up on Thursday Dec. 12. Before leaving I checked the coat. There was not any improvement. I informed the young lady and she told me there was nothing she could do because the manager had left for the day and I needed to come back between 8 and 4. I returned on Monday Dec. 17. Amed insisted they did nothing wrong. When I asked for his supervisor name he offered me a claim form. I filled out a claim form and he kept the coat. On January 2, 2020 I called inquiring about the claim. I was offered $80.00 for a coat that was a year old. He then told me he would add $10.00 to the total. I told him that was Unacceptable. The original price price was 300.00. It was on sale for 179.99. Amed stated he would resubmit the claim. I have not heard from him or anyone from CD One. I should not have to keep initiate contact and they still have my coat.
