My husband and me we are customer since theey open, I leave a jacket after the winter season in 2019 and one month later I went to pick up, I found the zipper and the buttons change the color, the manager came and said they will fixed adn call me when is ready, until today they never call me so that week I went to pick up or see why they never call me and the manager ask for the ticket and I respond her you never ask all the information is always in the computer so she laugh and she ask who is the next customer, I can't believe, she didn't nothing to find my jacket or give a answer she ignor, I need my jacket is a give of mi husband and that all. that is the worse experience.
