Mr. [redacted] brought back two garments to the store, one that had a damaged zipper and one where the drawstring was missing. Mr. [redacted]...

stated that the zipper was damaged by the Downers Grove CD One Price Cleaners store and the drawstring was also lost during the process of cleaning at the Downers Grove location. With due respect for the customer's words, the store manager took the garment with the damaged zipper to a tailor to have it replaced. Meanwhile, we also went to at least 3 retail stores [redacted] and[redacted]) to see if we could get a replacement for the missing drawstring. To our disappointment, we were unable to buy a drawstring similar to the drawstring Mr. [redacted] wanted replaced. During this time (between the 2 trips that Mr. [redacted] made to our store), we tried to reach Mr. [redacted] but was unable to. At this time, we have the zip replaced and the garment is ready for pick up. We have contacted Mr. [redacted] and informed him that the garment is ready for pick-up. We have also processed a credit of $25 to his account to compensate Mr. [redacted] for his lost time and the cost of the drawstring. We apologized to Mr. [redacted] for the inconvenience caused and he was graceful to accept our apology. We thank Mr. [redacted] for being a valuable customer.
