was holding the emebelishment in place. Upon further inspection of the garment it was noticed that the embelishment had previously been broken and reattached to the blouse by the threads that were still in place. It was sewn on differently than the matching embelishmnet on the other sid of the garment. We reattached and pointed out to the client the previous repair. We apoligized htat there was nothng else we could do as we do not have access to the piece of metal that was attached by the manufacturer. The garment was not damaged and was returned to the client in the condition that it was brought to us.
Our belief is that this is a problem with the manufacturing of this item, and that the client can return to place of purchase for refund.
