I am in the process of viewing our camera system to be sure we misplaced this customer's shirtsThis customer has been in several times and picked up several times, so we want to be sureOur process is once the customer drops off, their items are
assigned to their account by our computer and then tagged with the appropriate "tags" to identify customer's items throughout the cleaning and pressing processOnce items are bagged, they are then scanned into the computer system to tell us where their garments are placed on the rackWhen the customer comes in, we bring up his/her account, retrieve the clothing from the rack, compare the number of items we have with the number of items on the ticketWe then count the garments back to the customer and sign the receipt
If the customer was missing shirts, why would he not let us know right then and there when he was picking up? As I gather more info, I will update

Years ago, I have tried this place with negative results and decided to give them another chance I typically use another location, *** *** ***, that's further but didn't have the timeI dropped off my garments on 6/25/Three piecesI returned as stated "after 5:00PM ", on 6/27/16, they had one piece and couldn't locate the other two No phone call of the mistakeI visited again the following day, no luckI left my information and no one contacted meIt's 6/30, nothingI called 6/30/16, finally spoke with the Store ManagerHe located the garmentsBe aware of this placeThe employees seem to don't care

Cd one Price dry cleaning spoke with me via the telephone (1/20/16) The manager *** indicated that financial compensation will be granted to me if I can prove that the value of the shirts are trueHe asked that I produce a sales receipt or credit card statementThese demands are unreasonable due the fact that the shirts are maybe 4-months old and the average consumer may not even keep a sales receipt for that time periodThese items are not big ticket or electrical purchases that a consumer traditionally will store a receipt for that long of a periodWhen asked "if I am unsuccessful " in producing a receipt, the manager didn't offer a resolution for financially satisfying the matterI was told that the owner would contact meAs of today's date I have not been contacted by the ownerCd one Price has admitted fault in losing My shirtsThe amount for compensation is fair and accurate This Business performs a service that is profit motivated and financial responsibility to the consumer goes hand and hand when taking a consumer property then failing the consumer by losing their property

Tell us why here...This customer has been difficult to reach and he is very slow to respond to calls. We sent him the following e-mail on 1/30:

In an effort to resolve this matter for you, though I understand you do not have receipts nor proof of purchase from the store you stated. If you could provide us the brand and size of the shirts that were lost, we can research and compensate you in an amount that is suitable. We have to have some type of basis to compensate from other than said price. Sorry for any inconvenience this may bring, but please understand we do very much so want to resolve this as soon as possible. Any method of contact will do, we will await for your response and upon receiving will take care of this matter.
