To Whom It May Concern:We received and responded to numerous emails from customer [redacted] starting March 31st through April 14th, at which time we refunded him in full and notified him that his membership had been refunded and cancelled.  We responded to every email that he sent, however, he...

would would not respond to ours. He claimed that he was responding but we were not receiving his responses, only his complaints.   I have attached a screenshot of his refund and a pdf of the email chain between him and [redacted].  Through the email, you can see that Mr. [redacted] responded politely and continued to attempt to work with him until we determined that it was better for all parties to refund his payment in full.  Mr. [redacted] was refunded his full payment before this complaint was filed, and we consider this to be acceptable actions on behalf of our company.  If you need any further assistance with this matter, please contact our CEO [redacted] at [redacted]@ccwsafe.com or by phone at [redacted].  Thank you and have a great day!
