It is correct that Mr [redacted] discussed his concerns with me about his door and fender issue.I have attached the last photo showing the original damage to Mr [redacted] vehicleAs we discussed I had told him that he needs to call [redacted] and express his concerns about the fender and door issue and I would contact them also to explain what was told to me [redacted] requires us to send photos of concerns which I also took when Mr [redacted] and I were evaluating his concerns.I did tell him that the first time I had seen his car, was after the accident so I do not make judgement on his vehicle to prior conditionAlso I told him [redacted] is the Insurance company paying for his claim and I need to explain to them how this damage is realted to the impact of his frt bumperI also told him that it is up to [redacted] to approve the replacement of his fender ? due to prior rust issues (Ihave attached fender photos)this is a common problem with this vehicle model.I don't understand how our service to Mr [redacted] was not satisfactory since I did what I told him I would do , relay his concerns to [redacted] ***Today 12/11/ [redacted] also sent a field adjuster to visit with Mr [redacted] to discuss his concernsA Touch Of Class Auto Body Inc does not approve or disapprove any customer concern, that is done by the Insurance provider they are the ones responsible for paymentWe would love to say yes to every needed repair becuase that is how we make our living.?
