Date of transactions September I wanted to participate in a TV advertised promotion, (A *** ** phone and degree camera)That was the only reason for buying the ** phone, was to get the cameraI told salesperson at start of dealIt was closing time when ** promotional purchase was completedI was then told to come in the next day so they could take a photo of receipt, send photo so I would receive camera
The next day at store, I was told, "I" (salesperson) made mistakeThere was"fine print" and that he had made a mistakeSalesperson told me he would figure out a way for me to get the camera and for me not to worry"
I had to leave town the following day and wouldn't be back until 10/29/It was at that time 10/I was told I was not elegible for promotional degree cameraThat's when I then asked for a full refund, of $Easy Right?
