The whole experience began with him actually arriving to do some preliminary looking over the roof when he said he would, which is something that not every contractor always does He then provided a very timely and well-detailed estimate for the projectWe agreed upon the price and a contract was drawn up and then signed by both of usMichael and his team arrived right on schedule and did their work each day without any issues at allAll members of the team were very respectful of the family and took wonderful care of the propertyThey completed the project on time and the cost was exactly what our contract statedI would (and already have) reommend them to my friends and family and I'll use them again in the future

We have used *** and his crew twice and are VERY impressed From the 1st measurement to the hammer down a professional group of guys Just a few details that are important to me as I am from the "Old School" Returned initial phone call in a timely manner, on time for roof estimate measurements, detailed estimate, showed up for work on schedule (not hours late like some), completed work on time and spotlessly cleaned up the yard work area The work crew was friendly, always taking the time to speak My husband had created an issue with an add on covered porch and a strange valley configuration, extremely difficult to roof but *** and his guys got it done *** had discussed with us a possible issue with a roof pitch/valley leak and a promise when he finished there would be noneHe came back once to check it himself and called us times to make sure there were no leaks and that the workmanship was 110% to our satisfaction HE IS THE MAN FOR THE JOB!! I highly recommend, w/out hesitation, Mike and his crew at CCD for any roofing needs Like I said "Good help is hard to find" but we found it in CCD Roofing & Construction, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM
