CC Self Tan

Review: After using the tanning services at Palm Beach Tan, I quickly realized that I had an allergic reaction to the services. I immediately attempted to cancel the after the allergy was confirmed and was told that I would have to wait until later in the month to cancel. Since I paid for the service I continued to tan and endured the redness and itching skin. Each visit I would request to cancel the service and each time I was told that I had to wait. Finally on May 28 I was told that I could cancel the service on June 1. My membership started on the 10th and I expected to be billed monthly on the 10th. When I went to cancel the service on June 1 I was told that I had already been billed for the month of June and could not cancel until the end of June. I will not be using Palm Beach Tans in the future and would like a full refund of the June 1 fee.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the month of June. I will not be using Palm Beach Tan again and have made several attempts at canceling the service before I was billed again and was repeatedly told that I had to wait to cancel.
