Additional Complaint details:I had a contract with this company to replace flashing wood two down spouts and re-hang gutters on my garageOnce he said the job was complete on November 9th and I paid him in fullAfter the first rain there was still noticeable leaking from the joint piece on
the gutters that were re-hung improperlyAlso the transition down spout over the other section of garage was still out of place and not realigned correctly from one gutter edge to the otherI sent Chris pictures warranting my concerns.I reached out to Chris numerous times to try and resolve the issue both via text and phone he wasn't responsiveFinally after many attempts he agreed to come back to the house to look at the job on February 21st 2017 months laterAt that time I took time from work to be sure I met with him to discuss my concerns with the jobHe was to notify me when he arrivedInstead his partner came to the house unannounced and popped the transition gutter back in placeAt no point was I aware he was on the property until I sent a follow up text to Chris.I decided to get up on a ladder to check the work performed the second timeThe transition down spout had been popped back in however there was no evidence anything further was done to seal the joint piece on the gutters. At this time I also discovered that the flashing was not replaced nor was the woodAll of the wood was rotted. He actually used shims to make up the difference in space between the joint and the gutter then he nailed the gutters through the shims into the rotted wood that should have been replacedThis could only be noticed when on a ladderI have attached pictures of the gutters following the job, evidence of the shims being used and the original contract.Desired Settlement: Refund After further investigation the contract agreed upon was not fulfilled and I was taken advantage ofThe wood was not replaced nor was the flashingI trusted C and C Property Maintenance to be professional and provide service paid forAt this time I would like a full refund as I will have to re-contract out the same job to someone else and do not want to work with this company again due to a gross lack of professionalism
