this contractor is expensive and usually find problems in your house to rip you off. The work is sloppy, done quickly and doesn’t worth the extra money you pay. Make sure to get many estimates before hiring this contractor. if you decided to hire him because you can’t find anybody else, you have extra money or you have very small project make sure not to agree to any extra work he advised. good luck
