C&C Foundation Repair Company

On 12-23-09, the foundation of my house was repaired with a lifetime warranty. My home started having cracks therefore I received an inspection and was told that the foundation needed repairs. I have contacted C&C Foundation Repair and spoke to the owner, Ramiro Castillo the first time and he told me he was going to return my phone call. Never heard from him, everytime I call him he does not answer. I have called over 25 times and always receive his voicemail. I sent him a letter to call me as I would like to settle this as professional as possible but I still have not heard from him. Very upset that this company performed a job and after I told him that the house needed repairs he will no longer answer my calls. Where does this warranty stand? What is the purpose of providing a warranty if they are not going to stand on their word. All I ask for is for him to honor the terms of the contract before I have to repay the work all over again. He should not be in business if this is how he conducts it. Very unpleased customer.
