This is a horrible builder! We purchase on Ave Maria in Maple Ridge. The work product is the lowest quality craftmanship from A to Z. Everything is sloppy from paint, electrical, and carpentry. The electrical boxes have been installed upside down, drywall has holes and patching. The painting is bad quality a 4-year-old could do better. The cabinets are uneven and damaged before they even close escrow. AC units are installed unevenly. All these problems are because there is no supervision of the trades. All the defects are obvious and I noticed when you put a bad review they claim that they don't have a record of purchase from the reviewer. Instead of worrying about reviews, they should start doing their job before attorneys start making their rounds. A class lawsuit is brewing all the neighbors are complaining about something. I hope the owners read these reviews because their staff is not doing their job. Company YouTube videos, comments are turned off, no wonder why.
