Review: C & C Appliance sold my wife and I a used washer and dryer. On the day of delivery, the washer leaked and had to be repaired. Within 3 months, C & C Appliance had to return at least 4 more times to fix the washer and dryer and ultimately was unable to fully repair the washer. When they showed up to repair the appliances, they did so unannounced.

I subsequently visited the store to request a refund. The person handling the matter, presumably the owner, refused to issue one without a restocking fee of 25%. When I refused to pay the restocking fee, the "owner" began to yell and scream.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money and a public posting of this complaint.
