I am responding to the complaint posted by Mrs [redacted] I am sorry, but I was unaware that I was to contact Mrs [redacted] the following dayI have not received a phone call from her since we had our conversation after the move was completed on August 24thI will be more that happy to meet with Mrs [redacted] to review her complaints of items damagedIn reference to the time estimate of 5-hoursThat was given as an average bedroom house stated to her over the phoneThat is not an exact quote for Mrs [redacted] as every house is different depending on number of contents to be movedMrs [redacted] 's move took two trips with a ft moving truckI have had my moving business here in Waco going on yearsI am very honest and up frontMy company is always voted in the top two moving company's in WacoI look forward to meeting with Mrs [redacted] and resolve any issues she has pertaining to damagesWe are always very carful and have a great reputation but we do make mistakes Thank you, [redacted] ***Owner TNT Moving Services [redacted] ( my personal number)
