When registering for All Access, CBS is upfront regarding the terms of the membership. Included are screen grabs showing we inform users at the onset of registration that there will be a $5.99 charge at the conclusion of the 1 week trial period....

Also, included is a screen grab of the payment page that reiterates a $5.99 charge at the conclusion of the free trial along with directions on how to cancel the service if you no longer wish to continue. Below you will also find a link that will direct you to our Fee Based Service TOU which explains cancellation and refund policy. At registration you are directed to read and accept these terms of use if you wish to continue.
As a courtesy we have processed a refund equal to 1 month of service.
