CBS Chimney Sweepers

CBS came out and did inspection and cleaning of my fireplace in June 2019. I was charged $136.95 for the service. No complaint on that note. However, more work needed done to seal fireplace insert. Technician said someone would call me with a quote. I recieved a call as promised and was told the job would be in the area of $80.00. I called back to schedule the work and was told there was no record of previous inspection and cleaning. Would be charging me again for same service already provided and paid for before giving me yet another quote. Now we are looking at additional charges in the area of $216.00. This is unacceptable as I offered to show proof of previous service on my credit card statement. The female I spoke with was not interested in the proof nor was she interested in making the situation right. I asked her to let her manager or supervisor know what's going on because they were losing my business. No one ever contacted me about the issue to solve the problem. It's very disappointing since I have used CBS for years at another property I own.
