no weekend help via any means. online banking site ambiguous . Prompts not clear unless you are an employee. certainly not user friendly. I will say that in bank personnel are very courteous. full month without resolution.

Review: I closed and paid my account in full on April **, 2007. The federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) promotes the accuracy of information in the files of the nation’s credit reporting companies. I believe this company has failed to comply by removing their credit information off my credit report. It has exceeded the 7 year timeline under law and I have requested it be removed off my credit report to no avail. I do not believe this collector is in compliance. I have paid my debt in full over 8 years ago and I would like it to be removed. I feel I have exhausted every other avenue other than to report them to the BBQ at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like them to remove my closed account off my credit report as they are not being compliant based off the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
