Number: 14076019223698.  [redacted] representative, Jessica, stated that the corrected claim had not yet been logged into the [redacted] system.  She stated she would send the claim for review with POS 22, however, she believes that there should be a co-payment associated with either POS.  She stated that the review will take between 14-30 days.
The CBC Group sincerely regrets the error on our original claim and the delay the patient is experiencing in resolution.  The waiving of patient co-payments is prohibited by our contract with Anthem, and we therefore must wait for their decision before issuing a refund of $35.00.  Thank you very much for your consideration.  Please accept our apologies.

It appears no offer is being tendered yet; the problem has been set down another pipeline.  When I get my $35.00 refund is when this complain will end.  Until the Revdex.com was involved I received no response from the CBC Group regarding the problem.
