The response was a lie. I will be able to get a letter from the tenant to prove it. She was there.I opened the ceiling up and showed him where the damage was at both visits because I replaced the ceiling twice. The ceiling was wet. He did the screaming and swearing, not us. We just want the money back. If this is not resolved, what will be the next step
