Review: I am on record with CBA since July 2 2013 to stop sending a handful of newspapers wrapped in plastic. They ignore me when I have called repeatedly and asked them to stop sending me them. They tell me every time I call that Barbara Santos, the manager, is sick. SICK FOR 4 MONTHS!!! Sounds like another call center giving bs info.

I called yesterday and spoke with "[redacted]" again and yet again she said that she will put the stop issue in. I have heard that FOR 4 MONTHS. This is ridiculous. She stated that there address is CBA Industries [redacted]. Their number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: Stop sending me 3 newspapers EVERYWEEK with pathmark, acme ect... ads. They pile up and I just throw them in the trash.

Review: This company prints ad-circulars and throws them in our front courtyard. I have contacted this company at their 800 number multiple times and asked to be removed from their distribution list (the number is ###-###-####, it is printed on the plastic bags the ad circular comes in). No matter how many times I call, they keep throwing these things into our couryard. I didn't subscribe to this. I've tried multiple times to unsubscribe. They refuse to stop tossing these things onto our property.Desired Settlement: I want these things to stop coming to our house.
