CB Seamless Gutters

Did not return to finish the job or to fix problems with what they had done but won't return phone calls or texts. Also found out that they walked off a job with neighbors who had prepaid for the materials to install windows and also won't return any calls or messages. They owe them $***.

Signed contracts for new windows, gutters & siding gave a check for materials to be ordered. Cashed check, 1 day of work, never to be heard from again
Signed 3 separate contracts on ***.
1. Windows = $*** for materials
2. Gutters = $*** for materials
3. Replacement siding = $*** for materials

We wrote a check to CB Seamless for $***. Gutter materials delivered for upper and lower part of house. *** installed lower level gutters along with removing all the inside trim around our windows, leaving all previous gutters and trash along the side of our house. He did not dispose as per our contract. The windows were to be ordered with a delivery date of end of ***. CB Seamless gave measurements to *** at *** but did not put money down to order them. *** tried to contact him numerous times via email and phone. They required half of the money we paid him as a materials deposit. We have continually tried to contact *** through phone calls, text messages and emails. As a final resort we sent CB Seamless Gutters an email on *** with a proposed resolution. No response. Basically we've received $*** of materials for one set of gutters installed. He has the remaining $***. We have no product or service.
