Review: Went through the drive thru and ordered a #8 ($7.75), and large horchata ($2.15), and a carnitas burrito ($5.55). So $15.45 + 1.24 tax would make the total $16.71

We paid at the window and the total was only $14.35 and when I looked at the receipt I noticed he charged us for a #18 instead of a #8. No big deal we just told them our order was wrong and he came back and said we owed $4 more. My husband handed him the card before I could stop him. Now if you do the math $18.35 is not $16.71. I pulled to the front to wait for my food and went in to talk to the guy who now not only got our order wrong but also overcharged us. Rather than ringing out my exact order on the cash register how I intended it to be so he could see his discrepancy, He pulls out a calculator and tries to tell me the math like the prices aren't right there on the menu in front of me! After arguing with him for a few minutes I finally just gave up. I said "you know it's only about $2 but you are wrong and this is wrong. You should've never charged us extra for your mistake".

If he had any sense at all he would've corrected our order without asking us to pay more simply for the fact that he messed up the order to begin with. About 30 mins later we called the restaurant and placed a phone order for the exact items (#8, carnitas burrito, and large horchata) and the order total they came up with was $16.71, exactly the total I came up with.Desired Settlement: I believe a full refund of $18.35 and an apology from the company for having bad customer service and rude employees is the only way to make this situation right.
