I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, it's sad that you reply to a serious matter by using text language"U" instead you, lower case letters and misspelled words It shows that your business doesn't think it's a serious matter Second of all, my complaint wasn't that it wasn't on the menu, my complaint was that it's not on the advertisements outside the restaurant I have attached pictures of the ads As you can see, the ads outside doesn't have what days Happy Hour are

Regarding the notice I received with ID# *** if u look into our MENUES and including our happy hour menue it only has for MON, TUE, THUR, FRI, SUN those are the only days we offer happy hour pricesWhich the customer came in on a wed and that is one of the days we don't have happy hourCall
