tenant's security deposit without receiptsEven then, the law only allows certain things and does not allow deductions for owner's time to repair or clean premises from the security depositOn several counts the homeowner had already resolved the issues without allowing our company the chance to inspect and resolveI have discussed each item with MrCodd and as I stated resolved appropriatelyI would welcome a conversation with MrCodd in regard to items that he feels still need resolution.Thank you,
