This is a great juicer but only issue is disassembling after use. It’s hard to twist the blade to unlock to get washed. Made many juices within couple hours. Great for everyday use. Awesome to mix all types of fruits. You will not get bored mix matching all fruits. Easy to wash.

This company is extremely unprofessional and their customer service is rude and careless in any correspondence with customers.
I have purchased a juicer from them less than 30 days ago and it arrived with a defect.
I let it go; but after my second time using it, another defect occurred.
I immediately reached out to the only way they provide for communication- via email and i’ve been going back and forth with an employee named “Ashely” for close to two weeks with STILL no resolve.

My name is ***, and I went to CBS Talk show during the Christmas Holiday, and Caynel Direct donated and gave everyone in the audience a gift card for $200.00.

I went online at Caynel.com to order my merchandise and it's not allowing me to use my gift card.

When I entered the Caynel code on their website it applied as a $200.00 credit, and in addition the website gave me an extra $5.00 to off.

When I go to check out my merchandise that I would like to order, it does not take my $200.00 credit it only gives me the $5.00 credit.

I've searched everywhere for a phone number for Caynel so that I can contact them and they do not have one.

On Caynel's website it provides you with Caynel's customer service email address, which is ***@***.com.

I've sent them several emails letting them know of the problems I'm having and requested for help.
