The tires were used tires, used tires don't have guarantee, I do have signs for this everywhere in the tire shopIf she wanted to complain about tires she should have bought new onesAnd clients who ask for a
receipt I always give them one, I have a seal stamp with the business name and also has all the business informationEvery client that leaves the tires behind has to be disposed thats why I charge $for tire leftSo if left tire behind I disposed of the tiresI do have many people come to my tire shop I don't remember her, but the prize that she gave doesn't match what I charge for a used tire, its $and up for each tireI don't see how she paid $for all tires plus the $for each tire that she left for the tire to be disposedI have a business and nothing its for free. His employee guaranteed the tires.Second, the business owner replied, “And clients who ask for a receipt I always  give them one”. This did NOT happen in my case. I made four trips, attempting to get my receipt, and I still don’t have a receipt, prompting this complaint.Third, the business owner advised, “Every client that leaves the tires behind has to be disposed… I disposed of the tires”.  Although he admits taking my 5 tires, he failed to mention I requested my tires be returned before work started, and after work was completed, and they refused; Plus my other requests, totalling 5 requests for the return of my tires.Fourth, the business owners noted a price discrepancy, which leads me to believe he does not know what his employees are doing, resulting in this complaint.Fifth, the business owner mentioned a $3 charge for disposal of a tire. We were never charged, and the employee never mentioned said fee. I believe the employee never mentioned said fee, was due to my repeated request for my tires to be returned.Finally, the business owner failed to reference the rude manner in which I was treated, the gas and time wasted attempting to get my, receipt; why my tires were NOT returned immediately, as requested; and, the miniature tires placed on my truck.
