Caveman Granite and Quartz Countertops

Please do not be fooled -- I wanted to use a new local supplier of quartz, to give Caveman a chance. However the only thing the owner, Lucky Singh did was take my 60% deposit on June 4th, 2021, today is January 12 2023.

No communication, No proof of slabs ordered and no true date of install.
I do not appreciate any of this. You keep deleting my google reviews but you can not hide from the truth.

Please send my deposit back of $2,205.00 how it was given to you.

Lucky you are a thief, you have stollen a lot of money from hard working honest people. The only way you make this right is to re-pay everyone you have done wrong.

On October 25th 2019 I sent a $500 deposit to this company to have a countertop cut. The Original agreement was for us *** to pick it up when it was done. It was made clear that this was urgent due to my current countertop rot. On Nov 1 the countertop was ready. I asked if I could go get it "this Saturday" on November 4th. Cavemen Granite said yes. On November 8th *** was no longer available. On Nov 18th I asked if we could come get it this Friday (22) which was confirmed yes by Caveman Granite on the 19th. On the 22nd, When I was halfway to Prince George from my home in Mackenzie I messaged Caveman Granite to informed him I was an hour away. He replied he was unavailable for pickup due to being in Fort St James. On Dec 4th Cavemen Granite apologizes some more and says he will deliver this Sunday (7th) at cost of his own. Caveman Granite is a no show with no phone call or explanation for a few days.Dec 10th Caveman Granite says he will deliver this Friday (13th). Another no show with no phone call or explanation for a few days. My phone calls and messages were ignored until December 16th when he replied to me asking for my money back. During a phone conversation we agreed my *** would pickup tomorrow (17th). On his way he was in a car accident writing off our truck. Caveman Granite said he was going to India but would have his dad deliver the countertop. I tried messaged and calling several times between December 18th and Jan 22 because His dad did not deliver. I did not hear from him again until Jan 22 when I called asking when the this business transaction would be finished. He said he would deliver on Jan 30th. No show. I have asked for my money back no later than Feb 14th before we persue a court case. He is now ignoring my calls and messages. This is rather urgent due to the rot in my counter top. 3 months of letting it sit has resulted in the rot going into my wall.
