Customer never gave us a chance to correct the issue.  He states he left town on 6/2/17 yet did not try to contact is until the weekend before 6/12/17. Our answering machines were working all weekend. Phones are monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  We don't understand why he did not...

have his father contact us and have it repaired right away.  When we finally talked to customer he indicated that he did not leave a message on our machine even though he could of. So therefore we were never given the opportunity to correct any issues. It is our policy for our technicians always to check for leaks after removing refrigerant hoses.  We spoke with the technician that did the call and he verified that he did check for leaks with soap bubbles. If the King valve had been left open it would of ran out of freon almost immediately and they would have noticed it before leaving town.  If the customer or his father had left a message or contacted us right away we would have gladly come out that day to look at the unit.  Unfortunately we were not given a chance to rectify the situation and can not go by what someone else is telling us was wrong.  We are sorry that this customer did not give us the opportunity to check his unit out.
