In reviewing the complaint we do agree to refund the money for the a/v recharge, as that was not the problem with the vehicle.? The issue with the a/c needs to be diagnosed.? We would not be able to give an estimate for repair cost until we know what is wrong with the vehicle.? the technician took a quick look at it on Monday July 26th, as he was off for the day and found where the issue may lie, he explained to the customer he needs more time to diagnose the issue and asked if there was a day that she could drop it off so we can look at it for her.? She stated she would not be able to drop it off.?

I have called Ms*** two times after I received a message that she has stopped by the business, and both times I have called it says this phone is not accepting calls at this time. I was trying to confirm I have the correct address for her. I will take a leap of faith and send her a check today in hopes she gets it. Please let me know, thanks

I have sent Ms*** a refund through mail. I see the check has not been cashed. I will stop payment on the check and send a new one via certified mail that way I know it will get there this time. Thank you, ***
