These home builders are nothing but a bunch of liars. Several things were told to us before we signed the contract to build a home with them. The main thing was that when we discussed building a home My wife and I asked them about high speed internet because she works from home in the medical field and that she had speed requirements for her work. It was told to us that it was not a problem and that they had service in that area. Once we were about a month or so from closing it was told to me by a neighbor that they had not service to their home and that the service had stopped approx 12 houses up. Once I discussed this with this builder they stated that it was a free market and she does not know or have anything to do with the services that are ran on the property that she owns. I would not let these people build me a dog house after the experience we had with them.
