I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . Yes, I received that email on December 23rd almost a month after trying to resolve the issue directly with Alex & Ani. It also states the replacement bracelets will be delivered in January. I have yet to receive anything and it is currently February. Yet again a poor business practice displayed by Alex & Ani.

On Saturday, December 23rd the company sent an email to those customers who did not receive the free gift with purchase, that a custom run of this item is underway and will be sent to them this month.  This is in addition to the appeasement that has already been provided.

We have reviewed Mr. [redacted]'s request regarding a broken Love bracelet.  We suggest a call to our Customer Experience team at 1-[redacted] should be made to further understand details of the retail location referenced.

A full refund in the amount of $5.35 was issued on December 27th.

We wish to assist resolving your warranty request.  To do so we need the photo of the damaged item, purchased history (location and date) and will reply upon receipt of all details sent to [redacted].  I am unable to locate any past history of a warranty claim and photo under Mr. [redacted]'s name.  We would require details on your wifes name and date prior details were sent to determine why her request was not completed.

A replacment order for the Footprint pull cord bracelet was sent to [redacted] on 12/19 and delivered on 12/20.

On December 12th notice as to why both orders were canceled.  The one-time use promotion code applied when placing these orders was not valid as these were not full priced items.  Promotion details are listed below. Promotion Details: Receive $5.00 off your total purchase, before tax....
