Cavalry Court

I was a guest at Cavalry Court July 28 – 31. I checked out early and was charged a one night penalty for early checkout. I called and spoke with a ***, ***, who told me that the penalty would not be refunded because I didn’t give 48 hours notice that I would check out early. I pointed out to *** that penalty for early checkout is not addressed in their posted policies, nor was it disclosed during check-in, and he told me that is the policy. I asked for a supervisor to call me, and *** said a supervisor would call me immediately. I have been waiting 7 days now for that “immediate” phone call. Also, it is not stated that there would be a $50.00 daily “deposit” charged pending inventory of room snacks and drinks. At best, these practices are deceptive and misleading, and at worst, could be considered illegal. Policies should be clear and posted, and disclosed during check-in.
