[redacted] and his assistant did an excellent job cleaning my wall-to-wall carpet as well as a large area rug. As I have a dog in the house, they took extra time and care to ensure all areas were thoroughly cleaned, particularly those where the dog likes to lie down.

Both men were quite professional and stayed focused on the job at hand. [redacted] kept me well informed on their progress.
