Causebox

I ordered my first box on January 5, 2021. It was the winter box and should have contained six total items. The box didn’t arrive until March 3 and contained five items but two were damaged. So 50 % of my items were missing or damaged, really not good statistics. I contacted customer service and provided pictures of the damaged goods as requested. The company refuses to acknowledge my request for a refund and wants to send me more poor quality items. That is not acceptable and clearly a scam. Do not waste your hard earned money on this low quality service that does not meet any quality standards, nor does it have responsive customer service agents. I highly do not recommend.

Paid money, said they were slow in shipping. One month and 9 days later they have my money, no box, no tracking number. I cancelled my subscription! I have had various subscriptions to boxes and all have been sent at a certain time, payment taken out at a certain time. This is a bad company! Stay away from them. Would have given no stars.

Cause Box is mainly concerned with getting your money and keeping it, no matter your satisfaction level with their service or products They rely on a subscription model in which they do not allow you to cancel regardless of the number of remaining boxes you have They rely on auto renewals, and presumptively, the fact that you'll forget to cancel Their customer service is slow in responding Stay away from this service

I ordered a fall box from the subscription box service Causebox on August 25th (no order number was included in the email)The price of the box was $and I paid through paypal (transaction ID B-***)The website indicates that boxes are shipped within two weeks of orderIt is now October 4th and the box has not been shippedI have sent several emails to the company inquiring about the status of my order The only communication I have received from the company is a generic email that indicates that an item included in advertised box was no longer available and would not be included in the shipped box I can find no information on their website about my order's estimate ship data and the my efforts to cancel the order with the company have been unsuccessfulThe customer service has been severely lacking
