I am rejecting the Cattleman's attempt to resolve the issue because it does not address the most important aspect of the complaint and that is the miscommunication with the Greeley TribuneThe Cattleman's acknowledged that they advertise using coupons thru the Greeley TribuneThe Greeley Tribune sent me one of those coupons to my personal email accountThe Cattleman's states they do business with the Greeley Tribune BUT NOT "Steal The Deal" Evidently the miscommunication problem is really that the Cattleman's does not know who they are doing business with! The "Steal The Deal" IS THE GREELEY TRIBUNES COUPON PROGRAM! I find it absurd that a business would pay for advertising via a discount coupon and then when it works perfectly by enticing a customer to come into the establishment and spending money they refuse the couponI don't want to be "The customer is king except he's wrong" I will again ask that the business acknowledge that they will change policy and/or advertising to prevent other people from being enticed into their business and being embarrassed and taken advantage of when they refuse the GREELEY TRIBUNE'S 'Steal The Deal" coupon
