Review: I ordered custom boots from Catskill Mountain Moccasins at the NY Renaissance fair in August of 2014 and paid in full for them on my credit card. I was told I would receive the boots by July 2015. July 2015 came and went and I received no boots. I visited their booth in August of 2015, 13 months after I had ordered the boots to inquire about my order. They assure me I would receive them in september 2015. September came and went. I contacted the company and they said I would receive the boots in October 2015. October 2015 came and went. Fed up after 16 months of waiting, I contacted the company and asked them for a refund. I have heard no reply. I contacted my credit card company and instituted charge back proceedings. I would like my money back. 16 months of waiting for a product that was never delivered is long enough.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $806.46 I paid for boots that were never delivered to me. I would like that refund applied to the charge card I used for the purchase, my [redacted] card and I would like that refund as soon as possible. I have waited long enough for nothing. I would also like for future customers to be warned about this company so they are aware that they too could wait far more than the promised year and still have nothing to show for it.
