There was no issues with the car when sold however we still did do the fix required by the customer and we did share the expense of that fix after getting the ok from the customer of course. If he did not wanted it fixed it would not have been fixed since we still paid as much as him for that fix.... If the warranty company refused to do the fix, it should be a complain against them but rather than keeping the customer without a car, we were happy to pay and get that fixed.
Here is the information that I'm able to provide for youAs stated on the phone with you, the two times my vehicle was worked on at MGM Imports they did not provide me with any type of documentationThe first time was on 2/Apparently their mechanic was not on duty, so *** ran the obd
scanner on my vehicle and did nothing but turn off my check engine lightThe second time was on 2/On the second return to the dealership I was told that they did nothing about the check engine light, but did do an oil change on the vehicle and changed the fowled spark plugsNo warranty was offered at the time of vehicle purchase, although they advertise on their website that all vehicles come with a full warrantyOn 2/when I took the vehicle back he had me sign a service agreement which only covers $of work being done to the vehicleIf you need a copy of that please let me know as my personal mechanic has that paperwork right now trying to plan for the worstYou can view the advertisement for the vehicl on their website at: ***
I'm really sorry to hear that you are not happy with your car. Unfortunately that issue was happening after we had sold the vehicle for a much cheaper offer which you offered after driving the vehicle multiple times. The vehicle is sold AS-IS as in signed paper work which you have copies off and I'm including that in this email. We always try our best to take care of our customers and have even included a third party warranty which would cover $1250 out of the fix at no cost to you.
