Review: I placed an order on 6/*/13 for qty 2 - Silver First Communion Photo Frame, and received a confirmation email from [redacted]. When the package arrived, one of the frames was broken(the glass was cracked). Their site (http://www.catholicshopper.com/faq.htm) indicated that I had to request an authorization number before making a return. I emailed [redacted] 4 times, and did not receive any reply. I searched their site and did not find any phone numbers to call, but found another email address ([redacted]). I sent an email to the customerservice address on 7/*/13 and have not heard back from them. My account has already been charged for the purchase ($35.85) and after 5 attempts to contact them, I have just about given up.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement item sent to me. If they no longer have the product, then I want a refund for 1 frame ($13.95 plus the $7.95 shipping cost).

I still did not receive a reply to the numerous inquiries I had emailed/sent to CatholicShopper.com.

However, much to my surprise, I received a replacement item in the mail yesterday (7/**/2013)!

I can assume that it is because of your intervention that CatholicShopper.com gave immediate attention to my case.
