Catholic Children's Company

Placed an order, 2/18, received e-mail 2/19 to confirm, then I noticed I was not billed until 2/28, Baptism was 3/2, did not receive items, e-mailed and called numerous times, finally an email from [redacted] said I would receive items, on Sat. did not! Well I finally did.
Baptism is now scheduled for May, I and I needed to exchange for a larger size. I have e-mailed, and called so many times I have lost count.
We have resorted to getting a seamstress to make garments larger!
It is my belief that this company is a scam.

I ordered a plaque from Catholic Childrens Co. on 11/19/2013. When tracking my order using the order #, I get a response that my order is being processed. I never recieved a tracking # for Fed Ex. The order was $26.99 w/ shipping charge. I have called twice and get a answer machine.No one has responded to my calls or Email. I feel like a chum because I recomended this co. to my own Catholic Church.

On 5-6-2015 I placed an order for a gold tie bar for our grandson's Confirmation gift. I was sent a confirmation email and the funds to pay for this were withdrawn from our checking account. After repeated telephone calls wherein a recording comes on listing their hours, etc. and emails that bounce back as undeliverable, I have not been able to contact them. Is this business a scam? Why is this business still taking orders on the Internet and hasn't been shut down?! Pretty upsetting to those of us who trust them.
